From a one-man company to market leader – that's the best way to describe the development of Knocks FLUID-Technik GmbH. Heinz Knocks founded the company in 1970 and it is still run by the family to this day. Starting out as a small project in a basement room, the company has developed to become an international operation with an unbroken stream of product innovations that continues to grow through the constant yearning to research of a true technology leader. That's exactly how our striving for perfection in quality management continually grew. In 2004 the company gained ISO 9001:2000 certification as a logical consequence. Our state-of-the-art machinery and expert employees have enabled us to maintain this level of quality up to the present day and we continue to improve on it every day.
Product series : Futura, Multi-Fix or Standard – quality in series
KNOCKS offers you three comprehensive product series which, thanks to various manufacturing materials, make them suitable for a broad range of requirements. The Futura series features an innovative concept for the material it uses, Grivory GV-6H. It is more economical, offers a greater number of design options and weighs less. The Multi-Fix and Standard series are made of die-cast zinc or aluminium, thereby offering additional robustness thanks to influence from the outside.
Our complete package: The compressed air maintenance unit
In addition to the individual devices from our three products series, we also offer pneumatic all-in-one systems to our customers. Here, the most important functions – such as filtering, regulating and lubricating – are included in a two-part or three-part module: the maintenance unit for processing compressed air. The compressed air maintenance unit fulfils the following individual functions:
Using filters, it cleans the compressed air of dirt particles or moisture.It measures the pressure and uses valves to ensure a continuously consistent output pressure in the air pressure network.If the compressed air requires lubrication, then this is provided in the correct quantity by the maintenance unit using an integrated lubricator.

KNOCKS validation/sampling : No series production without rigid testing.

Before reaching series production, all of our new products, including custom-made applications developed at customers’ requests, undergo a number of validation tests which put the product through its paces in order to ensure its absolute functional efficiency. At the same time, these tests officially verify that the item corresponds to the ordered specifications. The product can only go into series production after passing a final inspection. For every single one of our new products, we carry out a series of tests – durability tests, endurance tests, burst pressure tests, temperature resistance tests, leakage tests, in-process tests and conformity tests.

The Futura series: The first pressure reducers made of plastic
As one of the first manufacturers, KNOCKS, with the Futura series, introduced in 2006 a complete series of Grivory GV 6H to the market as an absolute technical highlight. The innovative material concept has metal-like properties and, with a fibre glass percentage of 60 per cent, is much sturdier, lighter, stiffer and more economical than metal. The devices in the Futura series permit the modular construction of a maintenance unit for processing compressed air, thereby providing absolute flexibility with guaranteed functional safety. Sets of compressed air filters, pressure regulators and mist lubricators are common device combinations used in a maintenance unit for compressed air. All pressure regulators and compressed air filters in the KNOCKS Futura series are available in the sizes 0, 1, 2 and 4.

The innovative, IO-Link capable and maintenance-free differential pressure measurement system for pneumatic automation technology
Exactly coordinated flow rates and precise consumption measurements in industrial plants are becoming important factors for cost optimization and energy efficiency with increasing energy costs. With the KDDM-2.2, Knocks Fluid-Technik GmbH is now presenting the new version of their maintenance-free flow meter for compressed air and neutral gases, which is characterized by its practical precision, versatile application options and good connectivity.

There is a range of flow rates, pressure ranges and thermal resistances available. Our complete range of pressure regulators, compressed air filters, filter regulators and lubricators, pre-assembled upon request, ensures that you always have the best possible solution for your requirements – all from one source. In the case of special operating conditions, our in-house development team will design an individual custom-made solution for you.
KNOCKS Fluid-Technik GmbH offers you a complete range of the three series – Standard, Futura and Multi-Fix. In each of the series, you can choose from pressure regulators (pressure reducers, compressed air reducers), compressed air filters, filter regulators and lubricators in various installation and connection sizes. We also offer you complete 2-part and 3-part maintenance units for processing compressed air. For special operating conditions, we have customised equipment such as precision pressure regulators and individual tailor-made solutions and maintenance units for processing compressed air.

The Standard series: Pressure regulators and precision pressure regulators for the toughest of requirements
Our pressure regulators (pressure reducers, compressed air reducers) and filter regulators, as well as precision pressure regulators from the standard series made of die-cast zinc, are robust, solid and extremely wear-resistant and therefore qualify for use even under the toughest operating conditions. Not susceptible to shocks, they are great not just in size. The devices in this series can handle even large flow volumes and temperature fluctuations with ease. All pressure regulators and compressed air filters in the KNOCKS standard series are available in the sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8.
